Returns and refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened and in their original condition. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us at mail@littlezoomer.com.au. We will arrange return shipping at no cost to the customer and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Please contact mail@littlezoomer.com.au before sending any return so we can provide instructions. Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
