At Little Zoomer, we want you and your little rider to be completely happy! If something isn’t quite right with your order, don’t stress — we’re here to help! We happily accept refunds and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order, whether you’ve had a change of heart or there’s an issue with your product.
Refunds & Exchanges
We accept refunds and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is returned in its original condition.
If your item is damaged, faulty or has an issue, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos or details of the issue so we can assist you.
For change-of-mind returns, the item must be unused, in original condition and with all original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact Little Zoomer within 30 days of receiving it. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, exchange or refund.
How to Request a Return
Please contact Little Zoomer with:
- Your order number
- Your reason for the return
- Photos of the product if it is damaged or faulty
Once your return has been approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Please note: Return postage arrangements may vary depending on the reason for the return.
Little Zoomer reserves the right to assess each return individually in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
